Available : Help Desk Technician - Technology Department

Responsible to provide first level support to troubleshoot, identify and resolve systems and network issues. Responds to Help Desk tickets and escalates to other technical staff in IT department.



- A Diploma or degree in information technology

- Minimum 02 years work experience in related field
