We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead our administrative projects. Job Scope:

As a Project Manager at MIB, you will play a crucial role in managing a variety of administrative projects, including new branch openings, development on our head office building, service center expansions, development ATM centers and more. You will be responsible for guiding these projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, to the highest quality standards, and managing coordination with external vendors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead multiple administrative projects concurrently, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Create comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Team Management: Lead project teams, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective communication with project stakeholders. Keep stakeholders informed of project status, risks, and issues.

Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Manage and coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services required for project execution. Foster positive relationships with external partners.

Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes. Develop contingency plans as needed to mitigate potential disruptions.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet stringent quality standards. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including IT, Admin, Distribution, Finance, and Operations, to ensure project alignment with business objectives and compliance with policies and regulations.

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies. Share best practices with the team and stakeholders to foster a culture of excellence.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on administrative projects.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong leadership capabilities, effective teamwork, and excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and thrive under pressure.

  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively.

  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
