Job Scope
The Assistant Manager- Processing is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and processing various types of applications. This role involves assessing the completeness of application forms, ensuring that all required documentation is submitted, verifying details, and processing applications according to established SOPs. The officer must ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in processing to support the organization's operations effectively.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in related field OR,
Diploma in related field with minimum 03 years of work experience in a similar field
Proficiency in MS office suite of applications
Fluency in Oral and Written Communication
Ability to plan, multitask and manage time effectively.
Experience as a Relationship Manager, in customer service or a similar role in a Bank will be an added advantage.
Highly driven and self-motivated individuals with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
Leadership skills with ability to Lead, Monitor and Manage staff.
