JUNIOR ASSOCIATE (1) – CUSTOMER CARE / RETAIL BANKING DIVISION
JOB SCOPE
As a customer care agent, you will be the point of contact for customers who are contacting the branch through all our acceptable communication channels and provide them support for their queries. You will be assigned different roles from time to time based on the requirements of the contact centre.
You will be required to attend customer inquiries and questions, complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide swift and accurate information. Project a professional company image through phone interaction and other online platforms.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 02 Passes in A ‘Level OR,
Minimum 03 Passes in O’ Level with 01 year of work experience
Fluency in oral and written communication
Ability to plan, multitask, manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and time management skills.
