JUNIOR ASSOCIATE (1) – HULHUMALE PHASE 2 BRANCH / RETAIL BANKING DEPARTMENT
LOCATION: HULHUMALE’
JOB SCOPE
Responsible for all activities relating to the Branch inclusive of cash and non-cash transactions and to cross sell the products of the Bank to the community.
Responsible for building and maintaining a positive relationship with the customers, resolving customer complaints by ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the services provided by the branch.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service Support
Assist customers with their basic banking needs, inquiries, and transactions, ensuring a positive experience.
Help guide customers through services offered by the bank, explaining products and assisting with forms or transactions as needed.
Handle customer complaints or escalate to the direct supervisor or Branch Manager when necessary.
Branch Operations Support
Maintain the Bank premises in the utmost presentable way, including the own attire
Daily Filing and archiving the documents of the Branch
Carry out any other related tasks or duties as assigned by the Branch Manager
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies, mitigating risks associated with client transactions and financial activities
Marketing Campaigns and Sales Activities
Actively engage in direct marketing, marketing campaigns and events such as Sales Events
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 02 Passes in A ‘Level OR,
Minimum 03 Passes in O’ Level
Previous Customer Service experience will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS office suite of applications
Fluency in oral and written communications
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
