Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) has commenced the signing of agreements with partners for this year’s Guesthouse Symposium.

At a ceremony held at MIB’s head office, agreements were signed with Dhiraagu as the Digital Partner and the Guesthouse Association as the Event Partner.

Speaking at the ceremony, Financial Controller of the Guesthouse Association, Hassan Ali Manik, highlighted that the symposium serves as a platform for industry professionals to share their knowledge and experiences. He also encouraged stakeholders across the sector to actively participate.

MIB’s Chief Business Officer, Hammaad Rasheed Hussain, stated that the symposium aims to create a valuable space for networking, discussion, and collaboration within the guesthouse industry.

The inaugural MIB Guesthouse Symposium was held in 2024, and the bank intends to host it as an annual event. This year’s symposium will take place on October 9 at Crossroads Maldives.
